We are pleased to inform you that the majority of our sharpening service has now been transferred to our newly renovated service center. This facility is furnished with the latest equipment and provides a more efficient workspace, thereby enhancing proficiency and unrivaled sharpening quality. The on-site service van, which you are familiar with, will now be limited to carrying inventory and the pick-up of tools for sharpening services.​

Our representative will inspect and collect your scissors for service and then return or ship them back to your salon in a timely manner.

Stylists needing scissor service on a different date will receive a prepaid shipping label to use with their packaging.

Should you be in the market for a new primary or backup pair of scissors, we encourage you to reach out to our representative to learn more about our current promotions and convenient payment options.

For stylists who possess only one primary pair of scissors without a reliable backup for emergencies or during sharpening downtime, a loaner program is available.

You are welcome to select the most suitable scissors from our loaner inventory.

Please note that while we strive to provide the best match, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific models or lengths.

The user is responsible for damage or loss of the loaner scissors.

A $15 loaner fee applies in addition to the sharpening service charge.

Each cutting tool that Lightning Sharp offers is complemented with their exclusive Elite Edge. The Inazuma Scissors, LS Clipper Blades, LS Knives, or LS surgical Tools are manufactured purposely for this edge. It is with immense dedication that each tool blade is fabricated with the most precise, smooth, and long-lasting robust cutting capability.
This is the LS Elite Edge that has manifested itself to the status of proprietary. It is available only on Lightning Sharp tools. To achieve this edge, they use an ultra-fine abrasive material that is more accurate than any other technique.
