Sadly, these defects cause the stylist to compensate for numerous unexplainable failures such as bending, pushing, and pulling of the hair.

The Essential sharpening service is for scissors requiring routine sharpening.
This includes a thorough assessment and disassembling of the scissors to confirm that they meet the conditions for this type of service.
This involves removing abrasions, nicks, refurbishing the edge correctly and adjusting any minor alignment issues. All replacement parts such as tension systems, silencers, inserts, and finger rest are at an extra charge.
*However, it does not entail a complete reconstruction of scissors that have reached the end of their functionality.
**Or any new scissors purchased from competitors that are malfunctioning and perhaps have defective workmanship or parts. These scissors should be returned to that brand’s service department for repair or replacement.
