Return / Exchange Policy
Lightning Sharp values all our customers even when they find it necessary to return or exchange one of our products. We recognize that sometimes items that are purchased might not be what you expected. Please understand that we wish to retain you as a happy customer.
Lightning Sharp products have a 30-day money back guarantee and can be exchanged or returned while they are in a new condition. For a full refund or exchange, retain the original invoice, packaging, and accessories that accompanied the purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Lightning Sharp within 14 days of the purchase of their intention to exchange or return the product.
Any return shipping expense is the customers liability. However, if necessary, Lightning Sharp can provide a return shipping label and charge for the cost of ground shipping. It is essential to contact our office to expedite this process, as our representative may not be available in your area for a while.
Once the item is returned, the final resolution will be at the sole discretion of Lightning Sharp. Whether the 30-day return/ exchange period has lapsed, or the product has been maintained adequately is taken into account. Other considerations would be that the Warranty Guarantee covers product failure not caused by the result of normal usage. Additionally, if any unauthorized individual has altered the scissors’ structure other than Lightning Sharp.
These options will be considered based on the information provided by the customer.
